Shipment processing time
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours.

All orders are shipped Monday/Wednesday/Friday. If store is experiencing higher volumes processing times may be extended an additional 24 to 48 hours. Processing times are updated and displayed via our online store as appropriate. We do not process or ship orders on US holidays.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Baly Business Centers, Inc. or Everest Microbial Defense™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Baly Business Centers, Inc. or Everest Microbial Defense™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
At this time, Baly Business Centers, Inc. and Everest Microbial Defense™ only ships to the United States. Customers with international shipping needs should contact us for more information.

Return Policy
Returns for all products are accepted for unopened product only. Used products will not be accepted for return. Refunds for returned product will be processed to the original method of payment at the time products are received. Everest Microbial Defense™ is not responsible for return shipping costs, damages or lost/stolen packages. All Covid-19 tests must be unopened in the original package. The box has a void seal to prevent tampering. Once the seal is broken and the word ‘VOID’ is visible, the package cannot be returned.

NoStench™ Kitchen Sponges and NoStench™ Microfiber Cloths are guaranteed not to stink for 90 days. If a NoStench™ Kitchen Sponge or NoStench™ Microfiber Cloth develops stinks up to 90 days after purchase, the customer may receive a full refund upon receiving the product in question. If the customer does not return the product, a refund will not be issued.
